Explore little-touched bays and beaches in Epirus or take a boat trip to the islands off the north of Corfu or to Parga with its exquisite bay dominated by a Venetian fort.

Experience the tranquil beauty of Paxos and the famous Blue Caves, or Lefkada's majestic mountains and beaches.

Visit famous ancient Greek and Roman sites at Kassopea, Nikopolis, Necromantio, Igoumenitsa or the Dodoni theatre near Ioannina.

Take a trip to Meteora where you can see the famous monasteries perched high up on cliff tops. Or visit historic Ioannina and see the remains of Ali Pasha's capital.

Explore untouched alpine Zagorochoria where you'll find the famous Vikos Gorge and nature reserve, old bridges and famous rivers such as Aoos, Sarandaporos and Voydomati. Nearby are ruins dating from King Pyrrhus' time.

Take an adventure tour off the beaten track; there are river journeys, climbs and walks in the Pindos range or zodiac boating in the Ionian to sample.
